Citizenship and Communities

In this Havas Prosumer Report we took a look at the impact our modern way of living has on our communities — and on our perceptions about what constitutes community.

The data, from more than 12,000 consumers, looks at notions of citizenship evolved as so much of the world has moved from an agricultural to an industrial to a consumerist society.

The questions is asked: to whom do we owe our primary allegiance? Our family? Our country? The broader world?

The report contains some key lessons for organisations, such as whether consumer are more motivated by value and price, or a brand’s reputation.
